Agreement

This License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your installation and use of Elite PC Cleaner software (“Software”). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

If you do not agree with these terms, do not install, access, or use the Software.

License Grant

Subject to this Agreement and any applicable purchase or subscription terms, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to install and use the Software on a compatible Windows computer for your personal or internal business purposes.

The license does not transfer ownership of the Software or any intellectual property rights to you.

Trial and Purchased Versions

Elite PC Cleaner may be offered as a trial, free version, paid license, subscription, or through a third-party distribution platform. The features, duration, activation requirements, and usage rights associated with a particular version may depend on the applicable purchase or distribution terms presented to you.

Where a trial period or other usage limitation applies, you may continue using the Software only in accordance with the applicable terms for that version.

Permitted Use

You may use the Software on compatible Windows devices for lawful personal or internal business purposes, subject to the license and purchase terms applicable to your version of the Software.

Restrictions

Except where permitted by applicable law, you may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, modify, or create derivative works of the Software.
  • Sell, resell, rent, lease, sublicense, distribute, or transfer the Software or your license to another person.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to obtain the source code of the Software.
  • Remove, alter, or obscure copyright, trademark, licensing, or other proprietary notices.
  • Use the Software to develop, test, or operate a competing product in violation of applicable law or contractual obligations.
  • Use the Software for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purposes.
  • Attempt to bypass licensing, activation, security, or technical restrictions.

Updates

We may release updates, patches, bug fixes, security improvements, or new versions of the Software from time to time.

Updates may be provided automatically or may require you to download and install a newer version. Certain updates may be necessary for continued functionality, security, compatibility, or support.

Support

Support may be available for users of the Software depending on the version, purchase channel, license, or applicable service terms.

Ownership and Intellectual Property

The Software is licensed, not sold. Elite PC Cleaner and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the Software, including applicable copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, patents, and other intellectual property rights.

Except for the limited license expressly granted under this Agreement, no rights or licenses are granted to you, whether express or implied.

Third-Party Components and Services

The Software may contain or interact with third-party software, libraries, services, platforms, or components. Such components may be subject to their own license terms and privacy policies.

Your use of third-party services may therefore be subject to additional terms imposed by the applicable third-party provider.

Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. EXCEPT WHERE EXPRESSLY PROVIDED BY APPLICABLE LAW OR A SEPARATE WRITTEN AGREEMENT, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee that the Software will operate without interruption, errors, or compatibility issues on every computer or configuration.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, Elite PC Cleaner AND ITS LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SOFTWARE.

Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Termination

This Agreement remains effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement may terminate automatically if you materially breach its terms.

You may terminate this Agreement at any time by stopping your use of the Software and uninstalling it from your devices.

Upon termination, you must stop using the Software and uninstall any copies in your possession or control, except where retention is required or permitted by applicable law.

Changes to the Agreement

We may update this License Agreement from time to time to reflect changes to the Software, services, legal requirements, or business practices.

When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page and the “Last updated” date will be revised. Your continued use of the Software after an updated Agreement becomes effective may be subject to the revised terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Governing Law

This Agreement is subject to applicable laws governing your use of the Software and your rights as a consumer or business user. Nothing in this Agreement is intended to remove or restrict mandatory rights that apply to you under the laws of your jurisdiction.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with the applicable Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and any applicable purchase or license terms, describes the terms governing your use of the Software.

If a provision of this Agreement is determined to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by applicable law.
